Candle lit along with water & salt left out for All Souls,

Folklore says it's to ensure those who have passed will know they're welcome,

A light to guide them..water & salt for nourishment,

Our ancestors are said on this day to bestow two gifts..the ability to remember the old days & traditions & to hold a deeper understanding of how we are forever linked to our bloodline,

Full Body Hot Stone Massage

Cleaning my Basalt Stones before & after use,

Stone Therapy has been used for thousands of years by many ancient civilisations,

Stones, hot and cold, were used for their purifying and detoxing properties, both on a physical and spiritual level,

In modern times, we continue to integrate stones into massage treatments,

The Basalt stones are heated in water to a soothing, comfortable heat & are tested before being used on the client`s body,

They glide smoothly on the body with the aid of a very light massage oil.Even the sound of the stones clicking together is really relaxing,

I infuse my stones with Reiki energy to assist with moving out old, pent up energy in the body as well as easing physical, muscular aches & pains,

A truly beautiful experience where I also, with your permission, allow Reiki energy to flow during your treatment & use my Tibetan Singing Bowls to help ground & balance you,

Oiche Samhain shona daoibh,

The beginning of the Celtic New Year is almost upon us,

The veil is at its thinnest between our world & the next...our ancestors are close by,

I missed the sunset at Curracloe Beach by about 15 minutes but I was there exactly when I should've been,

The calmness soaked into my bones the minute I got out of my car & started walking towards the sea,

A few dog walkers & a young couple with hurls & a sliotar were my only companions,

Walking to my left I soon left them behind & stood looking out to sea..reflecting on the last 10 months,

It's been a rough year so far but it's all behind me,

I gave my thanks out loud on the beach to all those who've gone before me for their protection, guidance & love which I feel every day,

May you all truly feel the same on this Samhain night,

Off home now for the traditional Irish Halloween dinner that I couldn't help having some of earlier,

Colcannon..ultimate Irish comfort food 💚

THAI FOOT MASSAGE

Thai Foot Massage is a revitalising and refreshing treatment which focuses on opening the energy channels (Thai Sen) in the feet and legs, stimulating the flow of this vital energy.

It lifts heavy energy from the legs & feet leaving them feeling lighter, Eastern cultures believe that when these energy lines are blocked, disease or illness can manifest and that true health is not in a state of balance,

The focus is on creating health within the mind, body and soul as they are all interconnected by applying massage and pressure on Reflexology and Acupressure points in the feet,

Benefits of Thai Foot Massage include improving the flow of energy in the body, stress reduction, increased circulation in the legs and feet, detoxification and strengthening of the immune system, reduction in stiffness and improved flexibility, plantar fasciitis & back pain relief. It also improves the condition of feet in diabetes & aids digestion,

In this treatment I work up to the knees & use a beautiful Ayurvedic oil,

With your consent I allow Reiki energy to flow during your treatment & use my Tibetan Singing Bowls to help ground & balance you,
