One radio interview. Over 300 messages. 🤯💛

Absolutely gobsmacked by the response to my chat with the gorgeous Clare McKenna on Newstalk’s Alive and Kicking back in early September!

Since then, we’ve met consultants who heard the interview and are now recommending SylliFlor and SylliFlor Calcium, been invited to deliver more hospital trainings and welcomed new stockists!

But the BEST part? The hundreds of messages, incredible feedback and reviews from people trying our products for the very first time. 🥹

Friday I was in Cavan Monaghan General Hospital, doing some training with Stephanie a paediatric colorectal specialist, Roisin who heads up the physiotherapy team, and some of the lovely midwives there.

One thing that really stood out was how welcoming the environment is, particularly for neurodivergent children. So much thought has gone into making what can be an overwhelming hospital visit feel that little bit easier.

We also spoke a lot about something that still isn’t talked about enough: constipation in children and the knock-on effects it can have, including issues with toileting, accidents and bedwetting.

This is now hospital team #27 that we’ve had the opportunity to work with and train on SylliFlor and SylliFlor Calcium for appropriate patients, which is pretty special to see.

And very timely too, as later this week we’ll be at the Children’s Incontinence Conference with Ann Costigan ( andtheloo) learning even more about this area.

One thing men & women have in common… 👀

Actually, there’s probably quite a lot. But one thing that sits at the core of our health, regardless of gender, is our gut.

Started the day at with the physiotherapy team, chatting about gut health through different stages of women’s lives, the different challenges that can come with them, and, of course, the importance of the poo 💩

Then over to the to meet the consultants behind clinic. So impressive to see what they’re doing in men’s health, with such a strong focus on being proactive rather than waiting for something to go wrong.

Women’s health ➡️ Men’s health.

Different conversations. Same gut at the centre of a lot of them.

A busy one, but days like today make me very grateful for where RoCa Healthcare is going. 💚
