Sometimes one image can tell a story that words struggle to capture.
This is a little snapshot of what sits behind Kincora Therapy.
Years of learning, experience, curiosity and working with people, alongside the things that matter most to me, good health, nature, animals, family, remembering those we have lost, and helping people find their way forward.
My work has evolved over the years, but the heart of it has stayed the same.
Helping people feel better in their bodies, clearer in their minds and more able to move forward in their lives.
At Kincora Therapy I work with a combination of physical therapy, Bowen, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, EMDR, hypnosis and life coaching, alongside a gentle, practical and individual approach.
Sometimes you need help with your body.
Sometimes you need help processing what has happened to you.
Sometimes you simply know that something needs to change and you are not quite sure where to start.
And sometimes you need a combination of all three.
If you feel that now is the time to look after yourself, you can book an appointment online at www.orlafoley.com.
Appointments are available to book online, and if you are not sure which approach would be most suitable for you, get in touch and we can have a chat.

And there is another very important part of my story.
Orla’s Wild Ways is my fundraising journey in memory of my brother Anthony, supporting CRY Ireland, Mid Western Cancer Foundation and the IRFU Charitable Trust.
If you would like to follow the journey, find out about the upcoming Move for Axel programme or Cycle for Axel, you can find everything in the Orla’s Wild Ways section at www.orlafoley.com.
Helping people, raising awareness, keeping moving and hopefully making a difference along the way.
That is really what it is all about.
