🎉 I’m delighted to be part of the Active Ageing Festival 2026 in Listowel! 🎉
I’ll be presenting Zen Wellness as part of this wonderful FREE day of activities, connection, fun and celebration of active ageing. 💚
And what better way to close such a fabulous day than with a little Laughter, Movement & Sound! 😄💃🔔✨
We’ll gently get the body moving, lift the spirits with some joyful Laughter Yoga, and then settle into a beautiful Soundbath relaxation — allowing the vibrations of the gongs and singing bowls to leave everyone feeling calm, refreshed and wonderfully blissed out. 🌿💫
Because active ageing isn’t just about keeping the body moving…
it’s about joy, connection, wellbeing and enjoying life! ❤️
