Soulistic Healing by Cat Reiki vitalizes Mind, Body & Spirit
(Killybegs-Donegal) & (Whitehall, Dublin 9) Holistic Massage treats both body & mind. What is Reiki ?

I am a fully qualified Reiki Master with Reiki level 1,2 & 3, Kundalini Reiki and Scheicm & have qualified in ITEC Holistic Massage Therapy. Reiki is a Japense word meaning "Universal Life Energy" (Rei meaning Universal and Ki meaning the vital life force) - it is an ancient tradition of healing by the laying on of hands. Reiki activates & accelertes the body's own ability to heal itself. Reiki is a safe relaxing non-manipulative energy which is highly effective in the area of personal growth, like everything else around us the energy adjusts itself to the needs of the recipient which helps to achieve a state of health and wholeness. THE 5 BASIC PRINCIPLES OF REIKI

Just for today, do not WORRY
Just for today, do not ANGER
Just for today, honour your PARENTS, TEACHERS & ELDERS
Just for today, do an HONEST DAYS WORK
Just for today, give GRATITUDE TO EVERY LIVING THING

Reiki has a wonderful effect on
* Connecting the person to the source of spiritual energy
* Clears energy blockages overall increasing the energy in the body
* Restores balance to the body, mind & spirit
* Helps the body support it's natural ability to heal itself
* It is COMPLIMENTARY to all other therapies including medical - it is not ALTERNATIVE!!!
* It speeds up the process of healing within the mind, body and sprit....

Card Reveal …

And for those that chose the right card; there is an extra message. You can see a shadow on the right card; a dragonfly flew past the card and left a shadow - so in spirituality - A dragonfly is a beautiful and powerful symbol of transformation, spiritual awakening, intuition and the ability to move forward into a new chapter of your life. 🩵✨

Who fancies a card ?

Took my cards with me last week to the Algarve & set them up for a reading when I got home - pick left, middle or right ☺️

I’ll be back tomorrow with card meanings 🙌
