This is a wonderful class where we spend time exploring all the different yoga asanas. Going at your own pace - there is always a variation for you if needed. Here are only a few snippets of our magical weekend for our An Slua Croí Lughnasadh Gathering ✨✨✨ As the people who know me know - I don’t like to take photos when we have such events as I rather be present with all those there and the magic that is being created. So this is only a taster! And Wow we created some magic ✨✨✨ An Slua Croí - the gathering of hearts 💕 was our intention so we could celebrate and connect - connect to our own hearts, bodies, the land, our ancestral ways and each other. 🌾🌾🌾 We certainly did that. I am still in awe of all the beautiful hearts that came. Thank you 🙏🏼 Míle Míle Buíochas as mo Croí for showing up as yourself and really creating such magic ✨ all our hearts together 💕 Words sometimes can describe this magic that’s created yet we all know it! Thank you also to the land of the Glencree Valley for holding us. To for the fantastic accommodation and the wonderful Liz for all her organisation, effort and craic. ✨✨✨ 🙏🏼🌾🧚🏻‍♀️✨💕 Le Grá
