🌊👻 Tyrone Dippers – Upcoming Dip Dates & Events! ❤️🤍

Plenty of craic and adventures coming up with our Dipper family!

Our Tyrone Dipper Olympics this Sunday, 11th October, is now FULLY BOOKED! 🏅 Get ready for a fantastic day of games, kayaking, paddleboarding and, of course, our Dip & Dinner! 🛶🌊🍽️

Here’s what else is coming up over the next few weeks:

🍂 Saturday 17th October – The Sauna Shack (4–5pm) followed by the Twilight Harvest Market at Gortin Glen Forest Park. Bus leaves Strabane at 3pm. £15 per person. Booking required for the Sauna Shack.

🌕 Monday 26th October, 7pm – Moorlough Hunter’s Moon Dip.

🌊 Sunday 8th November, 11am – Portsalon Pier Sea Dip.

🌕 Saturday 21st November, 8pm – Beaver Full Supermoon Dip at Stroove.

No booking needed for our regular dips — just bring your gear and join in the fun! ❤️🤍

Whether you’re a regular dipper or thinking about taking the plunge for the first time, there’s always a warm welcome to greet you ☺️

How lovely is this? 🥰❤️ Hazel Adams from our class at Community Association has made this beautiful photo book using pictures from our trip to the Botanic Gardens & The Ulster Museum 🌸📸

We all enjoyed looking through it and reminiscing about our lovely day out❤️ There’s something so special about having photos printed out and being able to look back on those happy memories together 🥰

A lovely surprise to receive after our T’ai Chi class tonight ❤️🥰 It really means so much and is such a beautiful reminder of how lucky we are to be blessed with such a wonderful, caring community 💕

A huge, heartfelt thank you to the Breslin family for their very generous donation of tea and coffee flasks to our Tyrone Dippers Community ☕️❤️

These will make such a difference at our events, helping us keep everyone warm, cosy and refreshed when we’re out dipping, volunteering and spending time together as a community 🌊☕️

It’s the acts of kindness and generosity that mean so much. We’re so lucky to have people who believe in what we’re doing and are willing to support our community in such a lovely way.

A fantastic day out at The Oak Fishery! 🎣

What a great day out with all the lovely ladies at Sion Mills Community Association group! We tried something a wee bit different, lots of fun and a brilliant experience from start to finish 😊

We learned how to fish, how to gut the fish and picked up lots of interesting tips along the way. The crew at the fishery were so informative, welcoming and really looked after us ❤️

The Oak Fishery is an amazing place with beautiful scenery, making the day even more enjoyable and relaxing 🌿🎣

We enjoyed a delicious bowl of stew, tea and plenty of buns and biscuits..We definitely got the VIP treatment with everything delivered right to our cabin☕️🥣🍪🥰

A huge thank you to everyone at The Oak Fishery for such a great day and for making us feel so welcome 🥰

And a special thank you to RAPID for making this trip possible and helping us create another brilliant day out for the group ❤️

We’ll definitely be back! 🎣😊

A wee simple walk this morning with Luna ☀️🐾

Met my uncle, bumped into people I know, chatted to other dog walkers and had a wee catch-up with some runners. Lots of smiles and hellos from random people along the way too 😊

The sun was shining, the birds were singing and it was just lovely 🌿☀️

Sometimes you don’t need a big plan or a big adventure — just get out the door if you can ❤️ You never know who you might meet, the chats you might have or how much better you’ll feel for it ❤️ Get out, breathe it in and enjoy the wee moments 🌞🌿

❤️ 7 years ago… where does the time go?

Love when these memories pop up. An exercise class at Strabane Community Project from 7 years ago and we’re still going today 🙌

So many familiar faces in these photos and lots of great memories made along the way. Sadly, some lovely people who were part of those days are no longer with us, and they are very much missed ❤️

Different venue now, but still turning up, keeping active, having the craic and making more memories ❤️
