TRE® | A 5-Week Introduction to TRE® 🌊
Alchemy of Movement

What if your body already knows the way towards balance?

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a gentle, body-based method that uses simple exercises to activate natural neurogenic tremors. These tremors help release accumulated tension and support nervous system regulation.

Over five weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to discover TRE®, understand how it works, and gently explore your body’s natural responses — step by step, at your own pace.

✨ A space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
✨ Learn about stress, tension and your nervous system.
✨ Experience the practice in a small, supportive group.
✨ No pressure to share — simply come as you are.

5 weeks of discovering TRE®
🗓️ Tuesdays at 8:00 PM
