What do you need to let go of right now?

Sometimes it's something you're holding onto, pressure, stress at work, or something that's just not working quite right.
You might feel that little tug inside saying, "let go of that."
So what is it?

Letting go isn't about giving up.
It's about making space for more.
When we release, we free up capacity, we're not juggling so many things at once. We get to focus on a few things, and do them well.

This is the R in my RESET framework - Release.
What's one thing you're ready to let go of?

Before "building community" and "growing on social" were even things people talked about, was figuring it out herself, at 19, while running her own wellness business.

No playbook.
No blueprint.
Just learning as she went.

I loved hearing how she found her way into social media out of necessity, not trend-chasing.

Resilience isn't just pushing through, it's the pause.
It's checking in with yourself with love.

So if you've made it through these, well done, you.
That pause itself is the win.

I'm so excited that I have finally released my audiobook for you all. If you didn't see the launch live, you can view it on my YouTube channel.

And of course, you can get my audiobook on Audible, Spotify, or wherever you get your audiobooks. Thank you for all your support through this journey. I hope this book can help you go through whatever you are going through, just like how I found joy in the pain. Thank you ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™

"I am a very hyper independent person, and letting my husband help me has been something I've learned."

My guest shared something so honest, even the most capable, independent people need someone in their corner reminding them to drink water, get off the computer, actually stop for the day. Jordan lives with migraine, so these small checks-ins from her husband aren't just nice, they're part of how she protects herself.

Her advice for anyone married to someone who works a lot: get them off the computer after eight. There's nothing so urgent it can't wait until morning.
Let them relax.

Sometimes the people who love us can see what we can't, if we let them.

I wanted my audiobook out in May, it would have marked one year since the book's launch, and I was really pushing to make it happen.

But my health said no.
And that was its own kind of resilience, learning to let go, reframe, and listen instead of push.

We can have the most beautifully choreographed plans, but real life doesn't always follow them. Part of this season for me has been accepting that, and trusting that the timing will still be right, even if it's not the timing I first imagined.

The audiobook is coming this September, and I'm at peace with that now.

"We work really really hard, but a lot of us lack the fun."

That's something my guest Jordan said that's stuck with me. It's easy to get so focused on doing and achieving that joy quietly gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

She shared something small but real, tonight, she's going on a zoo date with her husband. No big occasion, just a decision to make space for it, work and all.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is go to the zoo.
