When was the last time you did something that was just for YOU?

Not for the kids.
Not for work.
Not for the house.
Not because someone else needed something.

Just because you needed a little time to breathe, recharge and feel like yourself again. 🤍

That’s exactly why myself and Claire Daly created Reset & Reconnect.

A beautiful morning for busy women who spend so much of their time looking after everyone else, and could really do with a few hours to slow down, switch off and reconnect with themselves.

✨ Gentle movement & breathwork
✨ Skincare & self-care
✨ Real conversations & genuine connection
✨ Time to relax, recharge and leave feeling refreshed

You don’t need to know anyone.
You don’t need to be “good at yoga”.
And you definitely don’t need to have your life perfectly organised to deserve this. 😂

Just come as you are.

📍 Lusk Community Cultural Centre
📅 Saturday 3rd October
⏰ 10am–1pm
🎟️ Early Bird €48 + booking fee

If you’ve been saying “I really need to do something for myself” lately… maybe this is your sign. 💕

And if you know a busy mum, friend, sister or woman who would love this, tag her or share this with her. Sometimes we all need a little nudge to put ourselves back on the list. 🤍

Imagine 21 days from now… 💛

✨ Waking up with more energy✨ Feeling lighter and more comfortable in your clothes✨ Looking forward to wearing summer outfits again✨ Having a routine that doesn’t feel overwhelming✨ Feeling more like YOU again

Not because you followed some extreme diet…

But because you finally had:
✔ simple structure✔ support✔ accountability✔ easy nutrition guidance✔ realistic routines that fit busy mum life

Most mums don’t need another “quick fix.”

They need something simple enough to actually stick to.

That’s exactly what my 21-Day Busy Mum Summer Reset is designed for 🌿

A supportive space where we focus on creating small daily habits that build confidence, energy, and consistency without guilt or overwhelm.

I have 5 local mums starting this week 💛

If you want one of the spaces, message me “SUMMER”.

I used to think I just had to “push through” feeling tired all the time… 💛

I thought being exhausted was just part of being busy.

Working, looking after everyone else, trying to keep everything together… and somehow expecting myself to still have motivation, energy, and confidence left over at the end of the day.

But the truth was:
I wasn’t lacking willpower.

I was lacking:
✨ structure
✨ support
✨ consistency
✨ simple systems that actually fit my life

Everything changed when I stopped trying to do things perfectly and started focusing on simple daily habits instead.

Simple nutrition.
Simple routines.
Mindset shifts.
Consistency over perfection.

That’s now exactly what I help other busy mums do inside my 21-Day Summer Reset 🌿

Because feeling better doesn’t have to mean extremes.

It just needs a system that works in real life 💛

This is exactly what I’m doing with 5 mums this week.

Message me “SUMMER” if you’d like details.

Try this today if your energy is low… 💛

Not next Monday.

Not when life calms down.

Today.

Because sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference 👇

✨ Start your morning with protein
Instead of grabbing biscuits, toast, or skipping breakfast altogether, try adding protein first thing in the morning. It helps support energy, keeps you fuller for longer, and stops the constant snacking cycle later in the day.

✨ Go for a 10-minute walk
Not an hour. Not a hard workout. Just 10 minutes outside in fresh air. It can completely shift your mood, energy, and mindset.

✨ Drink more water than coffee today ☕💧
Most mums I speak to are running on caffeine and stress. Even mild dehydration can leave you feeling exhausted and foggy.

The problem is… most women KNOW what to do.

They just struggle to stay consistent because they’re trying to do everything alone.

That’s exactly why I created my 21-Day Busy Mum Summer Reset 🌿

Simple nutrition support, easy workouts, accountability, and daily guidance designed for real life.

If you want structure + support for 21 days, I’ve opened 5 spaces this week 💛
Message me “SUMMER” for details.

Be honest… when did you last feel like you? 💛

Not “mam mode.”
Not surviving on coffee and snacks from the kids’ plates.
Not exhausted before the day even begins.

I mean REALLY feel like yourself.

Because so many mums I speak to are:
✨ constantly tired
✨ putting everyone else first
✨ uncomfortable in their clothes
✨ lacking confidence
✨ feeling like they’ve completely lost their routine

And the hardest part?
Most don’t even recognise how much they’ve been neglecting themselves because they’ve been so busy looking after everyone else.

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s not about being “skinny.”
And it’s definitely not about spending hours in the gym.

It’s about:
💛 having more energy
💛 feeling good in yourself again
💛 creating simple habits that actually fit real life
💛 getting your confidence back for summer

That’s exactly why I’m opening up 5 spaces this week for my 21-Day Busy Mum Summer Reset 🌿

Simple nutrition support, easy workouts, accountability, coaching, and a supportive community of women all working on themselves together.

If this post feels a little bit like it was written for you… message me “SUMMER” 💛
