It's been a busy few weeks.
Classes. Workshops. Events. Courses. Other work.
And I am so thankful.
Similar to a messy room being the state of a mind that's not fully rested, a busy Instagram feed is a giveaway that I've been busy, and it's time to rest, go inward and mind myself too.
More nature.
Less phone time.
No laptop.
And more Inis. This loving, loveable creature.
He's been patient with my these last few weeks.
So we're making the most of Easter and heading away into nature for a few days. Lots of forests (read branches) and beach walks (read digging holes in the sand and finding big rocks to carry). There's a fire and I've got my book ready.
In the past, my habit was always to push more, do more, not stop. I can see that I won't be able to be creative, give to my classes, and develop new workshops if I'm not resourced, if I'm not minding myself and resting.
I'm thinking about summer workshops and river swims, more community and online classes, a waiting list for the next stress-reduction course, a weekend retreat towards the end of the summer, and a 1:1 coaching package.
I'm excited these are all in the works.
So I need the rest, the regroup, the cuddles with Inis.
Plus the weather has been crap, and after 6 months of winter, my body feels confused why we're not outside more.
Mainly, it's some quality time with Inis, the best dog and sidekick in the world.
Always learning from the wise and goofy hound.
Big love,
Grace xx
