What does "tested" actually mean?
Every batch of Cróga is tested for substances banned in sport under the programme.

Testing is carried out by LGC using ISO/IEC 17025 accredited methods, across 250+ substances banned in sport.

Do you check before you buy? Yes or no in the comments.

Cróga means brave. Bold. Courageous.

Not always the big day. Mostly it's the wet Tuesday night session when the group chat goes quiet. The early alarm before work. The lift home you give a teammate. The tenth session in a row that nobody sees.

Every club has one person who never misses a night. They don't make a fuss about it. They just turn up, every session, and the rest of the group is better for it.

Tag yours. And tell us what brave looks like at your club.
