Today is a sad day . Our beautiful cat Elmo passed away . After 16years he gave us love , joy , companionship & laughter . He wasn’t just a cat he was a member of our family . He truly will be missed and was a huge part of our life . May he rest in peace and chase leaves wherever you are Elmo we will always have you in our hearts 💕

The menopause has been the subject of much debate . After my continuing study and interest it has occurred to me that symptoms can start a lot earlier than age 51’ which has been disclosed in much text & media . Women can be catapulted into the perimenopause at an earlier age through genetics or due to surgeries or treatments . But the overall general rule is early to mid 40s. Even if you just want to chat or have something you want to send as with all clients discretion is always adhered to clients need to feel heard and comfortable talking and soon I will be offering a full menopause wellness coaching with supportive therapy as a therapy treatment .
