We had a great morning at Naas Hospital launching the “Ask Me” Booklet. The booklet uses easy words and pictures to help you learn about end of life care. The booklet helps you talk, think and share your wishes.

What a great few days at the DFN Project SEARCH Conference 2026 in Birmingham. It was great to connect with our overseas partners and colleagues, and to share valuable insights and ideas from our projects.
