🌿 WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU DID SOMETHING JUST FOR YOU? 🌿

You take care of everyone.
You keep going.
You deal with things.
You stay strong.

But who takes care of YOU?

Sometimes the body holds what the mind is tired of carrying.

Stress.
Tension.
Emotions.
Overthinking.
Old patterns.
Limiting beliefs.

🌬️ Rebirthing gives you a chance to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

It can help you:

✨ release tension and emotional pressure
✨ calm your mind
✨ understand yourself on a deeper level
✨ recognise patterns that may be holding you back
✨ reconnect with your body and your needs
✨ create more clarity and inner space
✨ let go of what you are ready to leave behind
✨ support your personal growth and self-awareness

And you don't need to have everything figured out.

You simply need to be willing to give yourself a little time, attention and space. 🤍

🌿 REBIRTHING - THE BREATH THAT CREATES SPACE 🌿

Sometimes we keep going, taking care of everyone and everything around us… while quietly carrying so much inside.

Tension. Emotions. Old patterns. Thoughts that keep repeating. Things we’ve never really had the space to release.

Rebirthing gives you that space. 🤍

Through conscious breathing, you can slow down, come back to your body and give yourself permission to feel, breathe and let go.

✨ A group Rebirthing session can help you:

• release emotional and physical tension
• reconnect with your body and your inner needs
• notice patterns and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back
• create more calm and clarity
• reconnect with your breath and yourself
• release what you are ready to leave behind
• experience the powerful support of a small, safe and non-judgemental group

And perhaps most importantly…

You are doing something for YOU. 🌿

Not for your children.
Not for your partner.
Not for work.
Not for everyone who needs something from you.

For you.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to release.
You don’t need to be “good” at breathing.
You don’t need to fix yourself.

Just come as you are.

Your breath knows the way. 🌬️
Your body has a voice.
And sometimes, when we finally become quiet enough to listen, something inside us begins to soften.

🌿 GROUP REBIRTHING

👥 3–6 people
⏰ Up to 3 hours
💚 €75 per person

🌿 INDIVIDUAL REBIRTHING

⏰ 2 hours
💚 €135

A private, deeply personal space where you can slow down and gently explore what is ready to be seen, felt and released.

✨ Our next group session:
📅 Saturday, 12 September 2026

If you feel that something inside you is saying “I need this”, listen to that feeling.

📩 Call or message me and I’ll send you all the details and answer any questions you may have.

You are important too.
Your wellbeing matters.
And choosing to take time for yourself is not selfish.

It’s an act of love towards yourself. 🤍🌿

🌿 REBIRTHING - THE BREATH THAT CREATES SPACE 🌿

Do you sometimes feel like something inside you needs to be released, but you’re not quite sure what?

Rebirthing is a breathwork practice that can help you slow down, connect more deeply with yourself and become aware of what you may be carrying emotionally and physically.

✨ A group Rebirthing session can offer you a space to:
• release built-up tension and emotions
• reconnect with your body and your needs
• become aware of repeating patterns and limiting beliefs
• deepen your connection with your breath
• let go of what you no longer need to carry
• create more space, calm and clarity within yourself
• experience the supportive energy of a small group in a safe, non-judgemental environment

You don’t have to fix anything.
You don’t have to know exactly what you want to release.

You simply need to come with an open mind and give yourself permission to be present. 🤍

🌿 INDIVIDUAL REBIRTHING SESSION
