What matters most is that I am committed to doing the work to regulate myself.

Because healing isn’t just about the tools, the techniques, or the modality. It’s about the relationship we create — and that begins with me being grounded, present, and connected to my own nervous system.

When I take responsibility for my own regulation, I create the space for co-regulation.

Your nervous system doesn’t just listen to my words — it feels my presence, my safety, my ability to stay connected.

The most powerful thing I can offer is not perfection. It is my own willingness to keep showing up, keep learning, and keep doing the work within myself.
