We’re delighted to be joining forces with other dipping groups to bring you 12 Dips of Christmas – 12 Dips and 12 Acts of Kindness! 💙

How amazing is this 💙💙

The challenge is simple: 12 dips, 12 acts of kindness, one community.

From checking in on someone, sharing a cuppa or helping a neighbour, to supporting local charities and looking after our beautiful dipping spots — it’s the little things that can make the biggest difference.

No big gestures, no pressure and no need to spend money. Just a bit of kindness, plenty of Christmas spirit and, of course, a few dips along the way! 🎅

Take part at your own pace, share your acts of kindness and let’s see how much good we can spread this Christmas 💙

Because Christmas isn’t just about what’s under the tree, it’s about what we bring to each other’s lives ❤️

Each participant will have their own 12 Dips of Christmas passport keepsake, collecting a stamp at every dip 📘

Each group can take part in their own local area, and hopefully we can join together for some of the dips when possible 🌊
We can’t wait to work together, spread a little kindness and create a ripple that reaches far beyond our dipping community.

What an absolutely unforgettable day! 🌲🔥🧊

A massive shoutout to this incredible group—there is truly no one better to brave extreme temperatures with ❤️🤍 From screaming our way through the icy mountain stream, cold plunge barrels, and cold buckets to relaxing in the hillbilly bath and soaking up the heat in the saunas, the giggles and encouragement kept us all going. You guys made every second so much fun!

As if that wasn’t enough, we headed straight over to the Twilight Market at Gortin Glen Forest Park. Wandering under the forest lights together and soaking up the cozy evening atmosphere was pure magic.

Now we’re back home, tucking into our delicious graze boxes this evening, the ultimate well-earned reward 🧀 🍇

Days like this with people like you are what it’s all about. Fully recharged, warm at heart, and definitely sleeping like logs tonight ❤️🤍✨..Big thanks to Dawn Ward ت for storing all our bags ❤️🤍

What a fantastic day at Creggan Country Park! ❤️🤍

So much fun today with the Tyrone Dipper gang! 🛶🌊 Kayaking, paddle boarding, pier jumping, tug of war, fun games!! So proud of you all and all the amazing achievements made today…and to top it all off we had the most delicious dinner! 🍽️

Congratulations to all our winners, and a special shout-out to everyone who won Thirsty Filly vouchers! ☕🎉 A wee treat to enjoy!

You’re all absolutely incredible, and it’s such a pleasure spending time together, having a laugh and making memories🥰

🌊👻 Tyrone Dippers – Upcoming Dip Dates & Events! ❤️🤍

Plenty of craic and adventures coming up with our Dipper family!

Our Tyrone Dipper Olympics this Sunday, 11th October, is now FULLY BOOKED! 🏅 Get ready for a fantastic day of games, kayaking, paddleboarding and, of course, our Dip & Dinner! 🛶🌊🍽️

Here’s what else is coming up over the next few weeks:

🍂 Saturday 17th October – The Sauna Shack (4–5pm) followed by the Twilight Harvest Market at Gortin Glen Forest Park. Bus leaves Strabane at 3pm. £15 per person. Booking required for the Sauna Shack.

🌕 Monday 26th October, 7pm – Moorlough Hunter’s Moon Dip.

🌊 Sunday 8th November, 11am – Portsalon Pier Sea Dip.

🌕 Saturday 21st November, 8pm – Beaver Full Supermoon Dip at Stroove.

No booking needed for our regular dips — just bring your gear and join in the fun! ❤️🤍

Whether you’re a regular dipper or thinking about taking the plunge for the first time, there’s always a warm welcome to greet you ☺️

🌊🔥 DIPPERS… WE’RE OFF ON ANOTHER ADVENTURE! 🚌🍂

October is turning into a busy one, but sure…we can squeeze in one more adventure😂🙌

📅 Saturday 17th October
🚌 Bus leaves Strabane at 3pm
📍 Sauna Shack, Gortin Glens

First stop… The Sauna Shack 🧖‍♀️🧖‍♂️

From 4pm–5pm we’ll be:
🔥 Sweating it out in the sauna
💨 Chilling in the steam room
🧊 Questioning our life choices in the ice bath 😂

Then we’ll get changed, grab a wee refreshment ☕️ and head over to Gortin Glen Twilight Harvest Market 🌙✨ to have a wander around until about 8pm for return bus

💷 £15 per person secures your place, places are limited 🤗

And before anyone asks… NO, YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE A DIPPER 😂
Bring your friends, family, other halves, neighbours, random people you meet in the street… 😂 Everyone is welcome! ❤️
