I CREATE WHAT I SPEAK

As we journey towards our Samhain gathering with myself and Cara Wellness , we’re exploring the magic of intentional practice β€” the simple ways our words, thoughts and energy shape our everyday lives.

✨ Try these two small rituals:

β˜• Stir an intention into your morning tea or coffee.
Choose how you wish to meet the day: with patience, courage, joy or gratitude.

🌿 Set an intention before stepping outside.
Take one conscious breath and choose how you wish to show up: with kindness, presence, openness or a willingness to release what no longer serves you.

These small pauses can help us move through life with greater awareness, presence and purpose.

πŸŒ‘ At our Samhain retreat, we’ll explore this practice together β€” making space to reflect, release, set meaningful intentions and weave our hopes into the season ahead.

Samhain is a threshold: a time to honour what has been, let go of what we’re ready to leave behind and nurture what we wish to grow.

πŸ•―οΈ Speak with purpose.
Weave with intention.
Create with awareness.

What intention will you weave into your day today?

We have limited places left in our ever growing circle for our retreat on 7th Nov, message me for yours! πŸ’«

Good morning lovelies! This morning, on 10 10 10, I placed portal water outside to infuse with beautiful energies, setting intentions for balance, harmony, renewal and new beginnings.

The New Moon in Libra invites us to return to our centre, nurture our relationships, restore balance and consciously weave the life we wish to create. The 10β€’10β€’10 energy symbolises a powerful threshold of reflection, alignment and fresh possibilities β€” a moment to release what no longer serves us and welcome what is ready to unfold.

And this morning, I was joined by bats, moving quietly through the dawn. πŸ¦‡βœ¨ (I wasn’t quick enough to get a pic though!)

In spiritual symbolism, bats are often associated with intuition, transformation, rebirth and navigating the unseen. Their presence reminds us to trust our inner knowing, embrace the spaces between endings and beginnings, and find our way through the darkness towards new light.

A beautiful reminder that transformation doesn’t always arrive loudly. Sometimes it whispers, flutters past, and asks us simply to pay attention. πŸŒ’

If you’d like work with the energies today, here is a little New Moon ritual:
Place your water in a clean, covered glass vessel outdoors in a safe spot, setting an intention for the energies you wish to welcome. Let it be a symbolic reminder of your intentions. Once the day is done, bring it inside and use in in your practices, in your coffee, for your plants 🌱 and your intentional work, supported by this affirmation:

πŸŒ‘πŸ’«
I weave balance into my life.
I open to new beginnings with grace.
I trust my intuition and welcome transformation.
I choose harmony, love and clarity in all that I create.

May this New Moon bring you gentle renewal, meaningful connections, beautiful synchronicities and the courage to weave a new thread into your story.

✨ Wishing everyone a wonderful, magical New Moon in Libra. May we weave with intention, walk with intuition and create with love. ✨

As the wheel turns and we welcome Samhain, we enter an ancient Celtic threshold between seasons β€” a time to slow down, turn inward and listen to what is quietly asking to be released.

On 7th November in Tipperary, we gather in sacred circle to honour this powerful time of transition, sharing stories, honouring the cycles of life and death, and listening to what our souls are calling us towards.

🍁A time of remembering.
🍁Of listening beneath the noise.
🍁Of honouring what has gone before.
🍁Of sitting with the darkness without needing to fill it with light.

As Mother Earth rests and the leaves fall, we are reminded that release is part of renewal. The seeds disappear into the darkness, carrying within them the promise of what is yet to come.

Together, through connection, ritual, reflection and creativity, we weave these energies into our own journey.

Samhain invites us to release what has completed its journey, renew our connection to ourselves, and remember the wisdom and magic that has always lived within us. πŸ‚πŸ

Perhaps the greatest magic of Samhain is not something we need to find outside ourselves.

It is something we remember has been within us all along. πŸ‚

I am so grateful to collaborate on this offering with one of the most beautiful souls I know, Karen Stokes Cara Wellness based in Dublin.

Karen is a space holder for Red Tent Women’s Circles, a Wellness Facilitator, and her other offerings include Reiki, Readings and Aura-Soma, all sprinkled with mischief, music and magic ✨

Places are limited, so, if you would like to sit in circle with us and celebrate Samhain, contact Linda at The Healing Lair πŸ’«

πŸ•ΈοΈ The Web of the Divine Feminine πŸ•ΈοΈ

Mother Earth is right on time, as she always is.

As Samhain approaches, the land begins its sacred descent. Leaves release, the light softens, and the spider webs appear β€” delicate, intricate threads catching the autumn light.

There is something deeply symbolic in the spider and her web.

Across many traditions, the spider has been connected with the creative, weaving aspect of the Divine Feminine β€” the wisdom of creating, connecting and holding the threads of life. She reminds us that every thread matters, and that what we weave is never created in isolation.

Like the spider, we are constantly weaving.

We weave relationships.
We weave stories.
We weave intentions.
We weave healing.
We weave the wisdom passed from woman to woman, generation to generation.

And at Samhain, as the veil between what has been and what is becoming feels especially thin, we are invited to pause and notice the web around us β€” the visible and invisible connections that hold us.

Mother Earth is showing us again: nothing exists alone. Everything is connected. Everything has a thread.

So perhaps this Samhain, we honour the spider, the weaver, the wise woman within us…

…and ask:

What am I ready to release from my web?
What threads am I choosing to strengthen?
And what am I ready to weave into the season ahead? πŸ•ΈοΈπŸ‚πŸŒ™

We are the weavers.
We are the thread.
We are part of the great web.

πŸπŸ‚ Good Morning Lovelies!

Autumn Equinox - Time to Tend Your Own Flame πŸ‚

While we are in the week of the Autumnal Equinox, where the light and darkness meet in balance, we are invited to pause, reflect and gently turn our attention inward.

This is a beautiful time to ask ourselves: What do I need more of? What can I release? And where am I being called to nourish myself?

September in our Women’s Weave is a month of Nourishment β€” a reminder that self-love isn’t something we earn when everything else is done. It is something we weave into our everyday lives through small, intentional acts of tending.

🌿 Tending practices for this month:

✨ Create moments of stillness, just for you.
πŸ‚ Spend time in nature and notice the beauty of change (the next pic is from a walk I took last night!)
β˜• Nourish yourself with warming, wholesome foods.
πŸ“– Journal, reflect and gently release what no longer needs to be carried.
πŸ•―οΈ Light a candle and create a little ritual of self-love.
πŸŒ™ Make space for rest without guilt.
πŸ’› Ask yourself what would truly fill your cup β€” and give yourself permission to receive it.

The Autumn Equinox reminds us that balance doesn’t mean giving equally to everything and everyone. Sometimes balance means remembering to give something back to ourselves.

Let this month be about filling your cup, tending your roots and nourishing your soul.

Our September affirmation:

β€œI nourish myself with love.
I fill my cup without guilt.
I honour my needs, tend to my soul
and welcome this season with gratitude and trust.”

🍁 What small act of self-love will you weave into your days this month?

πŸ‚πŸŒΏ Rooted in Mother Earth πŸŒΏπŸ‚

As the seasons continue to turn, Autumn reminds us of the importance of slowing down, noticing, connecting, honouring the gifts of the land and following the rhythm of the seasons.

One of my favourite practices is intentional work and when it’s combined with the garden, it really is magical!
Most of today’s harvest started many months ago as seeds where they will now dry and become companions in celebrating Samhain this year πŸπŸ‚πŸ§‘

On the first day of September, blowing cinnamon through your front door is a simple ritual traditionally associated with welcoming abundance, prosperity, luck and positive energy into your home.

Take a pinch of cinnamon, stand outside your front door, and gently blow it inward while setting an intention for the month ahead:

β€œAs cinnamon enters this home, abundance, joy and blessings enter too. May this home be filled with warmth, love and prosperity.”

Let the cinnamon symbolise new beginnings, attraction and the sweet energy you wish to invite into September. πŸŒΏβœ¨πŸ‚

Good Morning lovelies! A quiet and intention filled start to the day and week! Soaking up the energy of the sun, if you feel like stepping outside this morning, take a few moments, planting your feet on the ground supporting yourself with this affirmation:

βœ¨πŸ’œβœ¨

I welcome this new day with an open heart.
I release what no longer needs to be carried,
and make space for all that is ready to bloom.

I trust the light within me.
I trust the path beneath me.
I trust that I am exactly where I need to be.

Today, I choose peace.
I choose presence.
I choose to shine. ✨

The festival of Lughnasadh is celebrated from the beginning of August, it is a time of gratitude, abundance and gathering, a time of harvest and a time to begin gently turning inward. As we are mid way through the month, I wanted to share some of my workings and creations in honour of this time.

Wreaths and Smudge Sticks are great ways of bringing the Green World inside over the coming months.

The smudge sticks are a sacred botanical blend for clearing, protection and renewal.

Lavender brings peace πŸ’œ
Eucalyptus fresh energy πŸƒ
Sage for purification πŸ’¨
Rosemary for protection and remembrance ✨

While Witchwood creates a grounding connection to intuition and to the natural world aswell as providing divine defence.

A wonderful ritual companion for releasing the old, welcoming the new and creating sacred space.

Happy Harvesting πŸƒβœ¨
Might be a good time to think about what it is you are ready to release and what it is that is ready to emerge πŸ¦‹

Something sacred is beginning ✨

The Women’s Weave Collection is an offering from The Healing Lair β€” a celebration of women’s wisdom, connection, creativity, and the beauty that emerges when we gather with intention.

Bringing us back to the rhythms of nature and the seasons within ourselves, this collection is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and weave together moments of ritual, reflection, and belonging.

Supporting our OG Ritual Companion, The Grounding Mist, the collection expands upon the practices and rituals already woven into The Healing Lair community. Each creation is designed to deepen connection with self, nature, and the sacred cycles that guide us.

This seasonal creation, Solstice Weave, has been crafted beneath the energy of the Summer Solstice β€” the longest day of the year and a time of joy, radiance, and abundance. Infused with intention and inspired by the fullness of the season, it marks the beginning of a journey that celebrates the sacred feminine and the healing power of community.

These images capture some of the creation process β€” working intentionally, intuitively, and with light.
