InCorr Method Healing at Last how to find and heal the pain of your past. The Clearing Method is a guide to uncovering and healing the source of your suffering.

The method is a psycho therapeutic, body centered tool, delivered through the person centred relationship. This method has been born out of Shauna's own experience in the journey back to her real self.

Today, InCorr officially became a publishing imprint 📖

We now have our own publishing imprint, and the first book we will bring into the world is Healing at Last.

This feels deeply personal. It is the book I went looking for in the heart of my own pain but couldn’t find. To see it become the first publication under InCorr’s own imprint means more than I can quite put into words.

And our hope reaches beyond this first book.

We want to publish books grounded in interoception, phenomenology and primary pain. Books that explore our inner bodily experience, honour how we actually live and feel, and help us understand the pain beneath the patterns.

We hope to create a home for authors who share that commitment, bringing their voices and experiences into a deeper conversation about healing.

Today marks the beginning of that possibility.

We know the importance of bringing the body into therapy.
But what happens when embodied work itself becomes the challenge?
When clients can’t access what they’re feeling.
When they can feel it, but the work goes no further.
Or when they access too much, too quickly.
These are three of the most common clinical challenges therapists encounter when working with embodied experience.
And they raise an important question.
What might we be missing in our understanding of the body and its role in trauma recovery?
At InCorr, we believe the next iteration of trauma therapy requires us to look beyond regulation and body awareness alone.
Join me, Shauna Quigley, psychotherapist and founder of the InCorr Method, for a free 90-minute masterclass:
The Clinical Challenges of Embodied Work and Their Solution
Discover a different way of understanding these challenges and the clinical skills that will help us move beyond them.

What happens when someone else’s story of healing begins to reveal something about your own?

In this deeply personal episode of Healing at Last, Shauna is joined by four early readers of her forthcoming memoir for an honest and moving roundtable conversation about trauma, survival and what it really takes to heal.

What begins as a discussion about the book becomes something much more. Each guest shares how Shauna’s experiences reflected something of their own journey, offering moments of recognition, validation and understanding.

Perhaps most revealingly, several guests discovered that the hardest part of the book wasn’t reading about the trauma itself but the difficult, often messy process of healing.

Together, they explore what it means to feel seen in another person’s story, why healing is rarely a straightforward journey, and how understanding the process can offer hope to those still finding their way.

This is a conversation about the power of being understood, the courage it takes to face our pain, and the possibility of finding our way through it.

You have been told to trust the process. Has anyone ever shown you one?

A group of four women who read a preview of Healing at Last met to talk about it.

One of their biggest takeaways: the hardest part to read wasn’t the trauma or the hurt. It was the healing.

That’s the truth of the healing process. The hardest part is often just before the dawn.

You survived the trauma. You will absolutely survive the healing.

Healing at Last the Podcast- link in stories ❤️
Everyone tells you to trust the process. Almost no one shows you what it is.
I’m Shauna Quigley, a psychotherapist, trauma educator and author of Healing at Last. I spent years inside the territory of trauma: the terror, the nothingness, the shame, and the strategies I built to outrun them. When I finally stopped running and went towards the pain, it gave me a way through. That way through had an order to it, and the order became a map.
This podcast walks that map with you. It follows the five sections of the book: On Trauma, On Surviving, On Preparing to Heal, On Healing, and Becoming. Each section pairs a solo episode with a conversation with a guest who knows that part of the territory from the inside.
This isn’t about managing your pain better or thinking your way out of it. It’s about the part that usually goes untold, the space between the pain and the healing, and what it takes to finally be free. Not free of what happened, but free of how it still moves through you.
Whether you’ve read the book or are just beginning, this is healing from the inside.
