Summer 2025 ☀️

After saying I was coming back to social media, I ended up completely ignoring it all summer 🙈 my days mostly consisted of baby cuddles, toddler antics, cooking and cleaning! We got round to doing a few bits in the house and really enjoyed our garden! I've been active (ish), taking yoga classes in , pilates and run club with .runclub. I've also been nerding out on yoga philosophy! September has brought my eldest starting playschool!!! And the the arrival of all of the apples and plums in the Orchard!

I hope summer as been good to you! And I hope today's full moon lunar eclipse doesn't do you dirty! X

Outdoor Yoga - this Sunday at 11 am

Join me this Sunday for a yin yang flow on the Curragh! This class is suitable for all abilities as modifications will be offered.

No need to book, just show up on the day! Get in touch for the exact location!

I've a beautiful class planned for tonight! Using the energy of the solar eclipse, we will embrace our yang energy but in a very yin way!

Relax your body through the poses, strengthen your will through intention and totally surrender to what's coming through guided visualization!

Then fall straight in to bed!

I am really looking forward to tonight's class!

We will harness the energy of last night's full moon in order to totally surrender and release anything that has been keeping us stuck. Breathwork, deep restorative poses and a powerful visualisation coupled with a Nidra.
