The Natural Health Store is a family-run business established in 2013. Our family consists of 4 siblings Christine, Clair, Linda and Patrick, and believe it or not, totally by chance we ended up working together in the health food industry and have been here now for over 25 years. People often ask us how we came about opening our own health food store. Well, it was all down to redundancies and changes in our work environment that led us to take the plunge back in 2013. Although it was both scary and exciting, it turned out it was one of the best decisions we ever made. The Wexford store opened in 2013 and 5 years later our second store in Market Cross, Kilkenny opened. Customers are especially important to us. We provide a personal service to our customers, we build relationships with them and they place their trust in us to provide them with the best possible solution to their health concerns. At Natural Health Store we have earned the trust of our customers, responding to their demands, providing them with a rounded integrated approach to their well-being by giving them expert knowledge and advice, all the time supplying them with high-quality products. Innovation and remembering old values such as "the customers are always right" has made it easier for us to build strong lasting relationships with our customers. What do our customers value? We know our customers value more than just monetary value. Customers value their time, they value people they can trust, they value family, they value experience and knowledge. Our core values are "Family Values" and these are central to our business model. Trust, knowledge, experience, passion, compassion, and customer care are also part of these core values. Over the years we listened to our customers, and as a result, we were guided by their demands as we sought products to stock in our stores. Inside our stores, both in our online store and in our bricks and mortar stores you will find a vast choice of quality top brands that include a wide range of wholefoods, supplements, herbal & homeopathic remedies, natural body care, eco-friendly household and zero waste products. Along with beautiful gift ideas. Call in and see us " feel good on the inside"
