Appreciation to wonderful patients Nava Asarch and Dr. Gene Plotkin for spreading awareness of how I can help others with relieving their issues, from relaxation to back issues, pt, and even hyperpigmentation and facial aesthetic issues!

Ready to level up?
I found a key you might want.

Remove the decision.

24 days. No excuses.
Wake → bathroom → workout.

That’s what took me to the next level.

3–5 days wasn’t enough anymore.
I needed consistency, not intensity.

I’m not saying 7 days a week is for everyone—
just find one way to remove the decision.

You’ll feel the shift.

Small changes in alignment create massive differences—
in both results and spinal health.

Controlled lateral lift:
• Lift through the obliques
• No torsion — pure side bend
• Ribs stay integrated
• Control > weight

One plane of motion.
No rotation under load = a protected spine.

Precision protects your spine.
Twisting under load doesn’t.

I worked in 2 LA Urgent Cares.
Inside, I saw what happens after every test, scan, and specialist fails…

Those patients were sent to me.

Using ~4,500 year old Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and clinical movement (PT Pilates), I helped over 12,000 people restore balance, function, and strength—and was named Top Doctor along the way.

At our clinic, the patient experience is always number one.Instead of “poke and go,” Before every insertion, I check in, guide, and even weave in breath and yoga-style focus so the treatment is as pleasant as possible.🫶🏽✨💆🏼‍♀️Dr. Debbie, a retired anesthesiologist with over 40 years of practice, told me she appreciates this most—because I involve patients in the process instead of doing something to them.Healing isn’t about forcing change, it’s about working with you every step of the way. ✨

⚠️ Cheap classes can cost you more.

This week, 2 women came in injured from “regular Pilates” classes.
When exercise is taught without precision, it doesn’t just waste your time — it can leave you in pain.

My approach is different:
✨ Healing-based Pilates
✨ Backed by clinical rehab & Chinese medicine
✨ Designed to strengthen, align, and transform safely

Don’t risk injury. Invest in results that last.
