A yogi's way of checking the sofa's comfort..😬🐒
Jokes apart-
After a few years of doing yoga, I guess we don't remember how to pose normally..so here I am, posing for the camera🤸‍♀️in a way which has become most comfortable for me🤭

There are no shortcuts to success..or that matter flexibility too..unless you are gifted naturally, it's a game of perseverance and hardwork!

It is interesting to note that the opposite of being active, in yoga is not being passive.. it's being receptive..
A scene from the morning session at our Rishikesh Retreat..

The second group at our Himalayan Yoga Retreat. ..
Couldn't have been more grateful for having met so many wonderful souls in such a short span of time..we came as individuals , but we are going back as one family.
All are now waiting for the next one already! 🥰

The glorious group..out first batch of the Himalayan Yoga Retreat is almost about to leave. These five days have passed in a flash..the entire group's positivity and energy was just apt for a yoga retreat. Right from the first day they adapted to the yogic philosophy (that yoga is not just what you do on your yoga mat) so well. I am so proud of these people. They're all genuine gems of humans. You all hold a special place in my heart always ❣🥰

It always seems impossible until it is done ~ Nelson Mandela

Throwback to when our studio was running normally in precovid times❣

Most of the people in the field of yoga (I mean from the greatest of teachers to the greatest of practitioners) including the one writing this 🤭, seem to be caught in the myth that yoga is to do with the body. But that's a myth! Trust me..🤦‍♀️
Body is just a tool..ultimately it's all about the mind and then beyond..we all must keep reminding that to our minds again n again!

Finding my balance..is even more easy when on vacation! 🧘‍♀️😌😎❣

Every week I come across some heartwarming words about how my students feel in our class.

While I cannot share each one of them here , this one was exceptional..

My lovely friend & student shares her story of practicing yoga & how it has helped her in several aspects of her life.
She joins my sessions all the way from Sydney.
Such words sometimes really feel more than getting awards or accolades. It is the result of such strong & straight from the heart messages , that I continue to do my humble work..day in & day out!
