If you've ever said "soya beans don't suit me," read this before you give up on them 🫘

Soya beans are one of the richest plant proteins in an Indian kitchen. The problem was never the beans. It's how most of us cook them: soaked too little, cooked too fast, eaten too late.

No supplements. No protein powder. Just a better recipe 👆

Same beans. Full protein. Light stomach.

Most Indian kitchens have black pepper. Very few are getting its full benefit. 🌿

Pepper’s digestive power lives in its fresh oils and piperine. Once it’s powdered and kept in a jar for months, most of that is gone. Cook it from the start, eat it without fat, and even less reaches your gut. That’s why so many people eat pepper daily and still feel heavy and bloated after meals.

The fix takes 10 seconds. We call it the 3F Rule:
🔸 Fresh: crush 3–4 whole peppercorns just before eating
🔸 Fat: pair with a little ghee
🔸 Finish: add at the end, not the start

Best time? Lunch, when your digestive fire is strongest.

Try the smell test today: open your pepper jar, then crush one whole peppercorn. Tell us what you noticed 👇

Most Indian kitchens have dalchini. Very few have cinnamon. 🌿

What’s sold as dalchini is mostly cassia: thick, hard, and cheap. Great in biryani. Not great as a daily health drink.

True cinnamon (Ceylon) is thin and papery, and it crumbles in your fingers. That’s the one your gut loves.

But here’s the part nobody talks about: timing matters as much as the type. Your digestive fire peaks at midday, and that’s when dalchini works best for you. Not on an empty stomach at 6 AM.

Your 9 PM paneer is healthy. So why are you awake at 2 AM? 🌙

You eat clean. You hit your protein. And still, 2 AM, eyes open, mind racing.

Here’s what’s happening: after sunset, your digestion slows down. Ayurveda has known this for centuries, and your body clock agrees. So when paneer lands at 9 or 10 PM, your stomach works the night shift. Your cortisol (your stress hormone) can’t drop the way it should, and your sleep stays light.

You don’t need to give up paneer. Just give it a better time and a better partner.

✅ Paneer by 8 PM, with a phulka
✅ Late dinner? Switch to moong dal khichdi that night
✅ Warm haldi milk with a tiny pinch of jaiphal before bed
✅ 5 minutes of Vajrasana after dinner

Try it for 14 nights, then tell us how your mornings feel. 💛

Black beans aren’t hard to digest. The way you cook them is. 🫘

Most people try black beans once, feel bloated, and decide “beans don’t suit me.”

But the bean was never the problem.

The soak was skipped. The water wasn’t changed. The beans weren’t cooked soft. And they were eaten at dinner, when digestion is at its slowest.

Fix the method, and the same bean becomes one of the best things you can eat for your gut: plant protein, fiber that feeds your good bacteria, and iron your body can actually absorb.

👉 Swipe for our 12-hour black bean method.

Before you buy biotin gummies, read this. 👇

You eat eggs. You eat peanuts. You eat dal.
Healthy, right?
But somewhere between your kitchen and your plate, the biotin is getting lost.

🥚 The yolk goes in the dustbin.
🥤 The raw egg goes into the shake.
🍲 The dal water goes down the sink.
🥜 The peanuts come out once a week.

The food was right. The habit was wrong.

And here's what most people never hear: the good bacteria in your gut make biotin too. So a happy gut + the right plate = biotin from both sides. 🌱

⚠️ Already taking biotin supplements? Tell your doctor before any blood test. High doses can affect some lab results, including thyroid tests.

You bought the flaxseeds. You eat chia every morning. So why does your digestion still feel the same? 🤔

You switched biscuits for walnuts.
You added seeds to everything.
You did everything “right.”

But here’s what nobody tells you 👇

Omega-3 is one of the most delicate nutrients in your kitchen. Heat, air and time destroy it. And some seeds, eaten whole or dry, simply pass through your body without giving you anything.

The food was never the problem. The method was.

Inside this post:
✅ 7 omega-3 foods already in Indian kitchens
✅ The one mistake most of us make with each
✅ The right way + the best time to eat it

No expensive superfoods. No complicated diet. Just your everyday Indian food, eaten the way your gut can actually use it.

💡 Small tip: if you’re new to seeds, start with 1 tsp a day, increase slowly, and drink enough water.

I used to think walnuts were the easiest healthy habit. Grab a handful, done. 🥜

Then our members kept telling us the same thing: “Walnuts make me feel heavy.”

The problem was never the walnut. It was the way we eat it.

Dry, by the handful, at night, after meals. That’s how we eat peanuts. Walnuts need a little more respect. 🌙

One bowl of water tonight changes everything. Swipe to see the 3-step fix 👉

You ate light. You skipped dessert.
And still, your belly looked bigger this morning. 😩

Here’s what nobody tells you: your gut works a night shift. 🌙
If it’s tired, food sits, gas builds, and you wake up feeling heavy.

The fix isn’t another diet. It’s one warm drink at the right time. 🍵

👉 Bloated? Fennel water
👉 Heavy after dinner? Lemon ginger tea
👉 Sweet cravings? Cinnamon chamomile
👉 Can’t sleep? Golden turmeric milk
👉 Constipated? Aloe vera drink
👉 Sugar spikes? ACV before dinner

One drink. One night at a time. 21 nights. 💛
