I am an internationally certified Yoga, Meditation, and Pre & Post Natal Therapist with 17+ years of experience in yogic healing, fertility yoga, gut health, and fasting therapy. With a strong background in life sciences and natural therapies, I’ve helped over 15,000 individuals reclaim their health through a holistic and deeply personal approach.

Over the years, I have guided individuals and families in the areas of fertility and preconception care, pregnancy and prenatal yoga, postnatal recovery, women's health, weight management, therapeutic yoga, gut health, and lifestyle transformation. At Yoga Therapy Kendra, I offer daily regular yoga classes, specialized yoga therapy sessions, and curated programs like Vineeta’s Advance Fasting Therapy, AAVT and Shuddhi Kriya - Good Gut.

We now offer curriculum-based Yoga Teacher Training Courses for those who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga or pursue it as a profession.
