Plasma Amino Acid Profile: Before vs After
A CASE Study ON Plasma Amino Acid Profile Improvements
Client Profile - 26 yrs old Male Height : 173 cm Weight : 49 kg
Underweight with low stamina and low health profile and multiple nutrient deficiency related symptoms. The Client was unawre of the his metabolic stress and low amino acid profile becoz fatigue and lethargic had become a part of his daily life.
During Diet therapy, we planned a stage by stage diet therapy to build muscles and increased nutrient profile and calorie without adding strain to cardiac.
The before profile of Amino acid was low and need attention.
Attaching the plasma Amino Acid Profile before and After the Diet therapy.
Diet Therapy Package – still On Going
Results - 8 important Amino Acid abnormalities normalized: Arginine, Asparagine, β-aminoisobutyric acid, Gamma-aminoisobutyric acid, Glutamine, Glutamic acid, Phosphoethanolamine, Phenylalanine, Proline and Serine all show substantial correction/normalization
The strongest improvements are
Glutamine 0 → 650,
Root cause of muscle wasting, a weakened immune system, and digestive problems.
Glutamic acid 567 → 97.2,
High glutamic acid was causing damage towards Kidney & liver disease: Reduced filtration efficiency makes it harder to process excess amino acids, risking further organ strain and Neurological conditions
Arginine 2.06 → 49.6,
Low arginine weakens T-lymphocyte function and reduces the ability of immune cells to fight off infections.
Poor blood vessel function- Reduced arginine lowers nitric oxide production, which can negatively affect blood flow and vascular tone.
Increased inflammation: Insufficient levels can trigger stress pathways in cells, worsening inflammatory conditions in the gut or tissues
Serine 16.2 → 135, and
A lack of adequate serine in the body and brain—often due to metabolic disorders—leads to serious neurological damage
Asparagine 4.5 → 44.3.
low levels can lead to Coagulation Abnormalities becoz Impaired protein synthesis can cause dangerous blood clots (thrombosis) or severe bleeding and nosebleeds
Pancreatic Dysfunction: Inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis) can occur, leading to severe abdominal pain, along with decreased insulin production resulting in high blood sugar (hyperglycemia).
Liver Toxicity (Hepatotoxicity): Can cause abnormal liver function tests, elevated liver enzymes, bilirubin increases, and fatty liver changes
While On Going Package - The main values still requiring attention are 1-methyl-histidine, 3-methyl-histidine, histidine, sarcosine, phosphoserine, cystine, threonine and aspartic acid.
