Over 97% of orders reached the person waiting for them. Every cold-chain shipment held
at temperature the whole way. ❄️

But the numbers only tell part of the story.
The part we're proudest of doesn't show up in a number.

It's the address rechecked late in the evening because a delivery couldn't be missed.
The caregiver called back to confirm a slot that worked for them.

The route figured out to a pincode we hadn't reached before.
