Aaj body thodi resist karti hai,
breath ko rhythm samajhne mein time lagta hai,
par consistency yahin se shuru hoti hai.
Ye speed ka challenge nahi hai.
Ye daily appear hone ka practice hai.
Agar aap shuru karna chahte ho,
Day 2 sabse relatable hota hai.

Body may feel stiff.
Breath may not be smooth.
Mind may give excuses.

Still… showing up matters.

Today I’m starting my 108 Surya Namaskar journey —
