The handpan demands the right combination of gentleness(feminine) and impact(masculine).

It was difficult for me to find the balance of this combination and yet it was a very interesting exploration. I realised that the prana/life force energy in my finger tips is not flowing as it should. But I found stillness in the chaos.

All of us playing at the same time felt over-whelming. And still I found resonance with the character of this instrument.

Thank you A**l, Ratika, Indar, Abhinav and team DHA_Delhi Handpan Academy for this wonderful experience.

I highly recommend joining their community gatherings. They are coming to Noida on 10th Oct.

P.S. Don't be fooled by the video. I have no musical talent as such. And I can't play the handpan to save my life.

What a fantastic class once again with Barry Krost - Family Constellations Therapy in our family constellations facilitator training program.

How do we work with death and the dead in the field?
By honoring them, seeing them and including them. It's a simple as that.

When the dead wander amongst the living, neither the living live fully nor the dead can move on.

Barry taught us the importance of ancestors, how to honor them and release them fully, how to stay connected to them and how to receive blessings from them - in addition to working with death and the dead in the knowing field.

Such an awesome class!

Are you able to be with your partner fully?
Are you able to take your equal place with your partner?

Many people complain of unhappy marriage or not being able to find the right partner. What they don't realise is that the place of their partner is occupied by someone or something else.

Many people never fully step out of their family of origin. Some are emotional partners to their mother or father. And this blocks them from fully connecting and receiving from their actual partner.

In our recent workshop, we spoke of how love in romantic relationships and self-love is a reflection of love we experienced as a child with our primary caregivers, our parents.

If we got the love that filled us with joy as a child, it becomes easier for us to individuate from our parents and attract fulfilling love later in life.

If not, we stay stuck in our family of origin and love feels permanently elusive.

So, how is your love life?

We are meeting again on 27th September in Noida to experience the shifts that family constellation work can bring in romantic relationships, career and health.

Another amazing guest lecture with Nithya!

Nithya took us from simple viewpoints to complex concepts all the while challenging our understanding of some commonly understood ideas.

As a family constellations facilitator, we learn to hold different perspectives with curiosity, non-judgement and humility. As Nithya spoke around the themes of presence, non-duality, healing ourselves and disappearing, it expanded our perspective, even questioned some beliefs we hold closely and also confused us.

Well, this is Nithya. He makes you sit with discomfort till it feels comfortable.

One of the very meaningful things he said is -
"It is your divinity that attracts them and it is your humanity that makes it accessible."
Meaning that imperfection and vulnerability in a facilitator/healer makes their work relatable and trustworthy.
