31 may session was about repairing relationships and how it can block the flow of fulfilment in career or life. The field revealed hurt innerchild of a father unable to give choices to his child; a husband and his family numbed by the choices of his ancestors causing difficulty in marriage today and reliance on numbing substances; of the constant rejection a mother’s facing due to abortions in her life which she had erased from her memory and the past life that is affecting the spiritual pursuits of a man feeling unfulfilled today.

There comes a moment when you stop running… and start seeing.
And in that seeing, something within you finally softens. 🤍

Healing doesn’t begin by fixing—
it begins by acknowledging what is.

So much of what we carry isn’t even ours…
It belongs to stories, patterns, and emotions from our family system waiting to be seen.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in the same cycles—
in relationships, career, or emotions—
this is your sign to look deeper.

✨ Through Family Constellation, we gently uncover what’s hidden and restore inner balance.

If you’re in Delhi and feel called to explore this work,
I invite you to connect with me.

📩 DM me or join my WhatsApp community (link in bio) to know about upcoming sessions.

Your healing may not start with effort…
it starts with truth.

Family Constellation Session
📅 26 April 2026 (Sunday)
⏰ 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What is it - Family Constellation is a powerful healing method that helps uncover hidden patterns, emotional blocks, and unresolved dynamics within your family system. Often, what we struggle with—relationships, health, money, or recurring life challenges—can be deeply connected to unconscious family histories.

This process brings awareness, release, and a sense of inner peace by restoring balance and connection within your system.

⭐️ What it can help with:
• Relationship issues
• Repeating life patterns
• Emotional blocks & anxiety
• Family conflicts
• Health-related patterns
• Feeling stuck or disconnected

🔸 4 constellations will be taken
🔸 Only 1 slot remaining for personal constellations
🔸 Remaining participants can join as volunteers (equally powerful experience)

If you feel called to explore and heal at a deeper level, this space is for you.

I share my daily sleeping ritual that I never miss as an energy healer. I talk about how I take a glass of water before bed, hold it in my hand, and set the intention: Dear water cleanse what I cannot see, absorb what is heavy and release what is not mine and drains me. I repeat this three times and keep the water by my bedside. In the morning, I explain how the water either shows bubbles or becomes murky, indicating it has absorbed heavy energy from the room. I discuss disposing of this water and continuing the ritual until the water becomes clean, signaling that the energy cleansing is complete.
Do it for few days and share your experiences.
