শরীরে পটাশিয়াম বেড়ে যাওয়া কি বিপজ্জনক? ⚠️ কাদের রক্তে পটাশিয়াম বেড়ে যাওয়ার ঝুঁকি সবচেয়ে বেশি? জেনে নিন বিশেষজ্ঞ চিকিৎসকের কাছ থেকে।

শরীরের জন্য সোডিয়াম কেন এত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ? সোডিয়াম আমাদের শরীরের একটি অত্যন্ত জরুরি ইলেকট্রোলাইট, যা শরীরে জলের ভারসাম্য বজায় রাখা, স্নায়ুর কার্যকারিতা নিয়ন্ত্রণ, পেশির সংকোচন এবং রক্তচাপ নিয়ন্ত্রণে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে।
