Today, gently pay attention to your thoughts, words, and actions. Whatever you send out into the universe has a way of returning to you. When these three come together — “मन, वचन एवं कर्म” — it is called Karma.

Be mindful of the energy you are putting out, because that is the very energy that will find its way back to you. Nothing is ever truly lost. Every intention, every word, every action carries a vibration ….and life responds accordingly.

Move through your day keeping Baba’s guidance in your heart. Do good, and goodness will return to you. Act with negativity, and that too will circle back. The choice is always yours.

When Baba reminds us, “You are the creator of your reality,” he means that your thoughts shape it, your words strengthen it, and your actions manifest it. So choose wisely. Take responsibility. Live consciously.

Every soul has its own sacred journey. Divine timing is unique for each one of us because it is lovingly guided by our Higher Self, under the wisdom and protection of the Beings of Light. Nothing meant for you can ever pass you by, and nothing arrives before your soul is truly ready to receive it.

If you’ve been trying your best to make something happen and it still isn’t unfolding, or if you’re longing deeply for something that feels just out of reach, Baba asks you to pause. Stop pushing, forcing, or trying to control every outcome.

Release the anger, frustration, disappointment, and impatience that may have built up within you. These emotions only drain your energy and create resistance on your path.

Instead, do your part with sincerity and love, then surrender the rest to Baba. Trust that what is meant for you will arrive at the perfect moment, in the most beautiful way, even if you cannot see it yet.

Today, Baba wants you to remember the three D’s of life:

Today, take a moment to ask yourself some deeper, perhaps uncomfortable, questions:

Do you feel trapped, helpless or hopeless?
Do you constantly doubt yourself? Are you truly living your best life? If you’re unhappy, what is really making you unhappy?
Are you living in the prison of your own thoughts? What is stopping you from choosing a better life? How do you look at your life, and how have you contributed to creating your reality? Are you living for yourself or constantly trying to please others? And perhaps the most important question of all….do you take accountability for your life, or do you believe that the people around you are responsible for how you feel?

Growth begins with honesty. If we don’t have the courage to ask ourselves these uncomfortable questions, we may keep repeating the same patterns.

Be honest with yourself. The answers may not always be easy, but they can become the beginning of a beautiful change.

Affirmation: I am in charge of how I choose to feel. I trust myself and the choices I make. I honour my strength and celebrate who I am.

Lord Shiva reminds us: “Don’t let the material world consume you. There’s nothing wrong with enjoying life’s abundance, but excessive attachment to power, status, name, fame, possessions or pleasures can slowly disconnect us from our spiritual essence.”

Addiction is not always about substances. Sometimes, our lifestyle, desires and constant need for more become our biggest addictions.

Bhaang, associated with Lord Shiva, symbolises soothing the intensity of the poison… he consumed during the churning of the ocean to protect the creation…not intoxication, but inner stillness amidst the fire. Pause today and ask yourself; “What is controlling me? What is pulling me away from my centre?”’

Affirmation: “I release what controls me and return to the stillness, grace and wisdom within.”
