A question for World Sight Day: when did your eyes last get checked — not your spectacle number, your actual eyes? 👁️
Two things worth doing this week.
The easy one — 20-20-20. Every 20 minutes at a screen, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. It just stops the slow strain that builds through a working day.
The important one. If you or someone at home has diabetes, a yearly retina examination matters — even when vision feels completely normal. Changes at the back of the eye start long before you notice anything, which is precisely why the test exists.
Please book it with an eye specialist. It takes one appointment. 🩺
