Exploring the body through Craniosacral Therapy — from early life to neurodiversity, trauma and movement.
Our work brings together a deeper understanding of the nervous system, body balance, alignment and individual experience.
From breastfeeding, paediatrics and children’s health, to birth trauma, neurodivergence and sensory dysregulation, Craniosacral Therapy can offer a gentle, body-based perspective on how we understand and support the whole person.
The work also extends into areas such as TMJ, jaw restriction, jaw injury, orthodontics, spine health and sports therapy, including work alongside physiotherapists, athletes and Indian athletics.
It is about listening to the body, understanding its patterns and developing a more embodied approach to care.
