Some moments feel like a quiet full circle. 🤍

My journey with healing began long before Haal Chaal. As a curious little girl navigating my own relationship with my body, I began asking questions that would eventually shape my life’s work: What is our body trying to tell us? How can we meet it with awareness, rather than resistance?

Years later, those questions became the foundation of Haal Chaal - a space where I bring together psychotherapy, somatic healing, naturopathy, energy work under the SAE method for a deeper understanding of the mind-body-soul connection.

Being recognised as a winner by the Times Of India Healing India Forum 2026 as a wellness pioneer in Somatic & Trauma Therapy feels deeply personal. It honours not just the work I do today, but the journey that brought me here.

Sometimes the body is asking for more than one kind of care.

A tight jaw, unsettled digestion, recurring pain, shallow breath, fatigue or feeling disconnected from yourself may not fit neatly into one category.

That doesn’t mean one symptom has one emotional cause.

It means your care may need to include the whole person—body, nervous system, breath, nourishment, movement, energy and the patterns shaping how you live in yourself.

The Psychosomatic Care Path brings together eight integrated practices—not as a fixed checklist, but as a personalised plan.

Depending on what you need, this may include somatic work, breathwork, pranic healing, nutrition, acupuncture, cupping, yoga and Akashic Records work.

The point isn’t to do more.

It’s to understand what your system is asking for—and meet it at the right level.

Stretching is great. But is it resolving your aches and pains? Sometimes yes, most times not exactly. I’m sure you’ve been struggling with the tightness or discomfort and have possibly tried everything - massages, saunas, ice packs, physio - and while it goes away temporarily it most likely comes back.

If you’ve ever wondered why or what you can do?
Watch this reel and head to the psychosomatic care link in bio to book your consult.

She wasn’t calm because she didn’t care. She was calm because she trusted herself. 🤍

Most people think jealousy is about the other person. It’s rarely that simple. It’s usually a nervous system that never learned it could survive uncertainty — so it tries to control what it can’t actually control.

The woman in this story wasn’t detached. She’d just stopped asking fear to do a job that was never its to do.

Swipe through. Then ask yourself: is it trust you’re missing, or regulation?

The 30-Day Nervous System Reset starts there. Link in bio.

Sometimes the hardest part of rest is not having anything left to solve.

When you have spent a long time being alert, responsible, productive, or prepared for what might go wrong, quiet can feel unfamiliar.

You may think you are looking for something to worry about.

But perhaps your body is still trying to find the feeling of safety through vigilance.

Noticing this is already a shift. You do not have to force yourself to relax. You can begin by asking:

What would it feel like to let this moment be enough for now?

What do you do when nothing needs fixing?

Most people think regulation means never getting activated. It doesn’t. It looks like coming back after the moment, after the spiral, after the mistake.

If you’ve ever calmed down eventually, paused before reacting, laughed during a hard week, or remembered a feeling will pass that’s not luck. That’s a nervous system that already knows how to do this.

Save this for the next time you’re being hard on yourself for “not handling stress well.” And follow for more nervous system education that actually makes sense.

Swipe through, you’re probably doing better than you think.

Your body and nervous system may notice relationship patterns before your mind has language for them.

Your breath may change around a particular person. Your jaw may tighten before you ask for what you need. Your shoulders may rise when you sense disappointment. You may feel exhausted after a conversation that appeared ordinary on the surface.

These body signals do not automatically mean that a relationship is wrong or unsafe. But they may be showing you that something in the relationship or something from your attachment history is asking for attention.

This is part of somatic attachment work: noticing how emotional neglect, abandonment patterns, relationship anxiety, and nervous-system responses may be experienced through the body.

The first step is not to diagnose the relationship, blame yourself, or make a dramatic decision.

It is to pause and ask:

What is my body noticing?
What meaning am I attaching to it?
What do I know for certain right now?

Listening begins with noticing. From there, you can bring in discernment, self-awareness, and choice.

Save this for the next time your body reacts before you have the words. Follow Arzoo Bhatia · Attachment and Nervous System for attachment, nervous-system, somatic, and energetic work through Somatic Attachment Energetics™.

This point is called Manyamula, “the root of the neck.” It sits directly over where cerebrospinal fluid, cerebral blood flow, and lymph drainage all pass through on their way from the head to the body. Light touch on the inhale, firmer on the exhale — the point responds to rhythm, not force, pairing pressure with your parasympathetic exhale so the release compounds with every breath.

This exact spot is where you brace when you’re trying to keep your head together. It’s the point that tightens when you’re overthinking, overgiving, holding it all upright by yourself. Ayurveda has worked this point for over 2,000 years; modern practitioners describe the same site as a hub for the very systems that back up when we’re chronically overwhelmed.

Two fingers in the hollow at the base of your skull. Light on the inhale, deeper on the exhale. 90 seconds. But if it re-clenches the moment you’re back at your desk, the touch isn’t the fix — what you’re holding up by yourself is.

That’s what the 30-Day Nervous System Reset: Abandonment to Authenticity is for. Comment AUTHENTIC and I’ll send it to you.
