▶कोरोना व्हायरस प्रतिबंधक उपाय :-

१) खड़े मीठाच्या पाण्यामध्ये हात स्वच्छ धुणे / स्वच्छतेचे सर्व नियम पाळा.
२ ) ए.सी.चा कमीतकमी वापर करा (अतीथंड टाळा).
३) रिकाम्यापोटी राहु नये .
४) गर्दीच्या ठिकाणी खूपवेळ थांबू नका .
५) विनाकारण प्रतिजैविकांचा (antibiotics)वापर ताळा.
६ ) रात्री जागरण ताळा .
७) लहान मुलांना (आयुर्वेदोक्त ) सुवर्णप्राशन दया .
८) घरामध्ये गुग्गुळाचे धुप लावणे .
९) गुळवेल चूर्ण व सूंठ एकत्र करूण पाव चमचा रोज सकाळी घेणे .
१०) तुलसी काढा.
११ )सुंठी सिद्ध गायीचे दुध प्या .
१२) वचा चूर्ण सर्वांगास लावून घरा बहेर पडणे .
