🌸 Congratulations to Sukirti Mishra Ji and Ankita Sinha Ji on successfully completing their 200-Hour Yoga Teachers Training Course with Aarogyam.

A certificate marks the completion of a course, but the real journey begins when learning starts becoming a part of who you are and eventually, something you can share with others.

🪷 Perhaps people come to the Holy Ganga not because a river can erase karma, but because standing before something ancient and immeasurably vast can create the silence in which we finally become willing to look at the mind that created our karma in the first place.

🌸 At Aarogyam, we believe Yoga deserves to be explored beyond the physical practice. . .

Every Sunday, our Aarogyam Alumni exclusive classes take up deeper philosophical subjects such as Karma, Samskara, the mind, consciousness, attachment, liberation and the teachings of Yoga; not merely as concepts to study, but as questions to contemplate and understand through lived experience. . .

Because the deeper you go into Yoga, the more you realise that it was never only about the body. 😊
