Ottobre in Rosa 💗

Who controls the technology and, as a consequence, who controls your data? 🔐
When we talk about software innovation, the point is not simply choosing between Cloud and non-Cloud solutions.
The real challenge is to provide customers with advanced, flexible and accessible technology, without taking control away from them.
At Morgan Tecnica, we chose to listen to our customers: companies for which know-how, patterns, archives and data represent a fundamental asset. 💡
That is why our CAD 2Design was designed to offer the advantages of a modern model, available both with a permanent license and as a subscription through Morgan Dynamics, while keeping data local and under the customer’s control.
Because our goal is not to control how much the customer works.
Our goal is to put them in the best conditions to work at their best. 🚀

🎯 AI should empower people, not replace them.
For over two years, AI has been part of our innovation strategy.
Behind the scenes, it helps our development team improve algorithms, accelerate software verification, and release new CAD updates every 6–8 weeks.
Alongside our users, it powers Morgana, our virtual trainer specifically trained on our software.
✅ 24/7 support
✅ Multiple languages
✅ Instant answers
✅ Completely free for our customers
We believe technology should help people work better, not create dependency.
That’s the philosophy behind everything we build.

What happens behind the scenes when developing a product like Spidercut?

We asked Giuseppe Tassi, Technical Office Supervisor at Morgan Tecnica, to explain the process behind the development of Spidercut.

From the initial idea to the feasibility study, from kinematic and layout analysis to 3D design, CAD modelling and FEM analysis, every step is focused on creating a reliable, efficient and optimized machine.

A complete engineering process that turns an innovative concept into a real industrial solution.

We are proud to celebrate another successful installation of our REX PRO 70 cutting system, this time at Rita Production in Riga.

Every new installation is much more than the delivery of a machine: it is the beginning of a partnership built on innovation, expertise, and shared goals. 🤝

Thanks to the excellent collaboration between Rita Production, KoLiz UAB-Co. Ltd. and Gianfranco Bertoli, our MT Academy & Customer care manager, the new cutting line has been successfully installed and is already helping the customer achieve:

✔️ higher cutting precision
✔️ greater production efficiency
✔️ increased cutting capacity
✔️ enhanced support for growing production demands

A special thank you to the teams at RITA Production and KoLiz UAB for their trust, professionalism, and teamwork throughout the project.

We are especially pleased to know that the customer is fully satisfied with both the performance of the REX PRO 70 and the installation process.

We look forward to supporting RITA Production in the years ahead and to many more successful projects together. ✨

How can Spidercut make a difference in an increasingly competitive market?

We asked Nicola Messali, General Manager of Morgan Tecnica, to explain how Spidercut is redefining the cutting room by bringing Delta robotics into the textile industry.

By combining higher cutting speeds, reduced space requirements, improved productivity, and greater flexibility with just one operator, Spidercut opens new possibilities for manufacturers facing increasingly fragmented orders and higher production demands.

A sustainable alternative to laser technology, Spidercut delivers outstanding performance without compromising fabric quality.
