We’ll spend time on this in Portugal. Teaching each other, asking questions and working through those things you don’t always have time for between classes. With plenty of Reformer and time by the pool too 🤍

Caroline, we loved having you with us ❤️ Seeing how much more confident you became on the reformer was honestly one of our favourite parts of the retreat!

For us, it was also so lovely to see how much more confident you felt on the reformer as the days went on. By the last session you were doing things without thinking twice that you’d been unsure about at the beginning. Seeing that change in just five days meant a lot to us.

And that game you got us all playing on your phone after dinner 😁We had so much fun with you!

We’ve spent so much of this year saying “see you soon” and now it’s us who don’t really want to leave.

Thailand, Bali, Zakynthos. Ten Reformer Pilates retreats and 140 people we’ve had the chance to spend a little bit of time with.

And honestly, we’ve got quite attached to you all.

It’s funny how much can happen in a few days. How much you can learn about someone. The conversations that get a bit deeper, the crying, the laughing at something that probably wouldn’t be funny to anyone who wasn’t there. Getting sweaty together and then sitting around the dinner table carrying on.

We go into every retreat thinking about what we want to give you. I don’t think we quite realise until this bit, when it all goes quiet, how much you give us too.

So that’s our last wave from Zakynthos for this season. A little tired, a bit emotional, and really glad we got to know you.

Thank you for spending these days with us. We’re going home with so many people to miss. 🤍
