We are proud to announce that Professor Attilio Di Spiezio Sardo, Director of our Residency Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology, has been selected to receive the prestigious Giovan Giacomo Giordano Award for Medical Excellence.

This distinction recognizes his outstanding contributions to Italian and international medicine, particularly in the fields of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and hysteroscopy, as well as his enduring commitment to research, innovation, and the education of future generations of specialists.

During “One Health – An Italian-American Scientific Forum: Shaping the Future of Medicine,” Professor Di Spiezio Sardo will also deliver the keynote lecture “Innovative Treatments for Women’s Health,” highlighting groundbreaking advances in women’s healthcare.

The final three GESEA Certification sessions of 2026 are approaching at the GESEA Training Center – AOU Federico II of Naples.

Three final opportunities to train, assess your skills and continue your journey within the GESEA Educational Programme before the end of the year.

📢 GESEA Naples – Final Training Sessions of 2026

The last GESEA training session before the summer break will take place on 17 July 2026, offering participants the opportunity to complete their Level 1 Certification before the Training Center closes for the summer holidays.

☀️ During August, the GESEA Training Center at the University of Naples Federico II will pause its educational activities and will reopen in September for the final certification sessions of the year.
