A little morning motivation for the woman who knows she’s ready for a new beginning. 🌹

Every morning, life gives us another opportunity to begin again.

You don’t have to carry yesterday’s doubts into today.

You don’t have to have your entire life or business figured out before you take the next step.

……and you certainly don’t have to wait until you feel completely ready to start becoming the woman you know you’re capable of being.

One of my most romantic places to be. The Fountain of Trevi has been in many movies over time. It is famous for its intricate artwork decorated in the Baroque style, the Trevi Fountain has plenty of history and detail attached to it. Being one of the best structures remaining that showcase the skills in the ancient Roman's craftsmanship and artistry. Absolutely beautiful!!

I have had ankle issues for years after having surgery’s, infections and advanced osteoarthritis in both my ankles. I was told I needed major surgery and I would never walk the same again. I never thought I would be able to walk without a cane or a limp. I am strong willed and determined to heal myself. Through emotional healing and these patches, I now walk without a cane or a limp. Every once in a while though, I overdo it. Today, instead of hiking 3 miles, I hiked 5. The adrenaline was pumping as I walked as fast as I could to reach home before dusk so I didn’t feel any pain at the moment. Then, tonight the pain and muscle spasms happened. These patches worked within 5 seconds. They are truly a miracle. The Freedom Patch truly freed me from the pain tonight and I am so grateful!! No more suffering!!
