Are you waiting for the NHS or Jersey Health Service to save your health?
Because we need to have an uncomfortable conversation.
Our health services are drowning. And the system was never really designed to teach you how to create health from the ground up.
It is vital for emergencies, diagnostics and medical treatment. But chronic health? That is a different conversation.
The current model is largely built around diagnosing disease and managing it. What it generally DOESN’T teach you is how to understand your own body, reduce the load you’re putting on it, and support the systems that create health.
And THAT is where personal responsibility comes in.
Not blame. RESPONSIBILITY.
Learning. Understanding. Making small changes. Then making another one.
Twenty years ago, I was at the beginning of that journey. I knew a fraction of what I know now.
One of the biggest things I’ve learnt is that you cannot throw twenty years of information at someone standing at day one. You have to start where THEY are.
So that’s what I’m doing more of moving forward: small, affordable, bite-sized ways to help you understand your health and actually START doing something about it.
Maybe you need to support your lymphatics. Reduce your toxic load. Sort out the basics. Or maybe you’re already ten years down the rabbit hole and need help working out where the hell to go next. 😂
We all start from different places. We don’t all need the same practitioner, programme or level of support.
Part of what I’m building is a way of helping you work out:
Where am I now?
What do I need next?
Who or what can help me get there?
Some of you will think I’m completely batty. That’s fine. The best ones are 😂
But by the time you decide I wasn’t quite as batty as you thought, you might be at the back of the queue.
If this resonates with you, get on my newsletter.
That’s where I’ll share education, tools, mini programmes and practitioners I believe can help you move the needle on your health.
You don’t need to understand everything today. You just need somewhere to start.
