A huge thank you to everyone who came to see our Chiropractor Beth for FREE kinesiology taping during the Jersey Marathon!

We’re so proud that Beth raised an amazing £273 for Healing Waves through your generous donations. 🌊💙

✨ OUR VERY OWN SARA HAS BEEN NOMINATED FOR ANGEL OF THE YEAR ✨

Those of you who know Sara will know just how incredibly special she is and how much care, compassion and kindness she brings to everything she does. 💛

Sara has created something truly beautiful at Elemental Health — a space where people feel heard, supported and cared for as a whole person, not simply for the symptoms they are experiencing.

As well as Chiropractic, her approach to health and wellbeing goes far beyond the physical. Through her work with Inner Alchemy, she supports people in understanding the deeper beliefs and thought patterns that may be holding them back, helping them recognise what is possible for themselves.

These monthly sessions will combine two powerful modalities of Acupuncture and Breathwork; guided by, Susie (HARA) and Debs (Wholebody Health).
