We’re looking forward to joining many of our partners at Jersey Library this week for Connect Me’s stroke awareness event, marking World Stroke Day. 💙
Come and meet the Headway Jersey team and find out about support available for people affected by stroke, their families and carers.
Give us a 👍 if you’re coming, and please share this with anyone who might benefit. Everyone is welcome!
Connect Me are inviting Islanders to join them for a stroke awareness event at Jersey Library.
From 11am - 2.30pm, local stroke support organisations, charities, healthcare professionals and Government teams will be on hand to share information, guidance and support for those affected by stroke, their families and carers.
Visitors can also access a free blood pressure check and take part in a Q&A panel from 1pm - 2pm, featuring healthcare professionals, the Minister for Health and Social Services, and someone sharing their lived experience of stroke.
