Two inspiring days in London at CCR and the Medical Longevity Summit—a valuable reminder that continuous development is essential in an ever-evolving industry.

It was a great opportunity to refresh existing connections, maintain professional links and build new networks with like-minded clinicians and experts.

Sharing knowledge and learning from others continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of attending these events.

One of my key takeaways was the growing importance of metabolic education, particularly in understanding how hormones and overall health can influence skin quality and hair growth.

It reinforced the need to look beyond surface-level concerns and consider the wider picture when supporting patient outcomes.

The world of aesthetics is changing. It is no longer focused solely on the skin or isolated treatments—it is becoming a much more holistic, full-body industry, where internal health, hormones, metabolism and longevity all play an important role.
