Sad stats 😢 There is so much more to ADHD than we are taught. To start I highly recommend everyone to read books & vids of Gabor Mate. Often it’s caused by early childhood environment or traumatic experiences (even minor) that then deregulate one’s nervous system. There also many natural and complementary therapies to hugely help with any ADHD challenges, for both adults and children. I work with neurodiverse souls regularly and the results have been outstanding 🫂

Happy to chat more to anybody if they wish privately 🌟💚
