The last few spaces in the next block of classes in my lovely, dedicated, brand new yoga studio at The Caesarean Tennis Club in Grands Vaux are now available to book.
Classes begin on Thursday 3rd September.
There are six classes to choose from every week, all supportive, fun and suitable for every BODY, regardless of age or ability!
My focus is on stepping out of our comfort zone in a safe environment to build confidence and resilience, one breath at a time.
A coffee and a chat in the Clubhouse cafe after class are always an option. ☕️ 🍰

We have been doing lots of strengthening work in class this week. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Today, after a beautiful day on the beach chilling out, ☀️I thought I’d do a quick 20 minutes of weights. 5kg on repeat! 💪🏼
