Over a month ago now I left my first Joe Dispenza retreat and I’m still buzzing from it and integrating the work. You truly do get out what you put in. The retreat was where I glimpsed who I could be. The real work is being her on an ordinary Tuesday when normal daily life forces you back into old patterns 🤷🏻‍♀️

Remembering and choosing to fire and wire the new connections consistently is the key to change ⚡️

As so many people come in and are unsure of what cacao is we thought we’d offer a bit more information so it’s more clear 🤎

More and more ppl are converting to ceremonial cacao as an addition to their daily drinks, it’s comforting, very nutritious and especially beneficial for a woman at certain points in her cycle. Again as with everything at Alma Sana we love looking at ancient wisdom and understanding the science behind why certain things are good and how to use them.

One thing we’re fussy about: cacao can pick up heavy metals like cadmium and lead from the soil it’s grown in. Always choose cacao that’s ethically grown and tested. Ours is raw ceremonial cacao sourced direct from Ecuador, and you can try a cup at the bar any day.

Fleece season has landed.

The new BeachBum sherpa fleeces are in store and tbh we haven’t taken ours off. Thick sherpa with proper pockets and a stand-up collar for windy sea walks. All made from 100% recycled materials too.

We’re so excited to have Malva by Carlene in store , love the ingredients of this hair oil and the effect it has on regrowth. The founder Carlene battled with cancer in 2018 and after facing 6 months of chemotherapy lost most of her hair which gave birth to Malva.
