Runnerchix Chix was never an athlete until she laced up and ran. She created runnerchix.blogspot.com to inspire people to start their fitness journey.

Chix loves running and she created this page to share her passion for running since it added meaning to her life. She wants others to enjoy it, as much as she does. For her, running paved the way to a healthier lifestyle. "Being fit begins with the decision to try. You can either spend for gym membership, join fitness classes, or simply workout at home. Whatever form of exercise you decide to try, it’s always best to choose something that you can be consistent with because it will eventually become your way of life. So start with something that you can commit to. Just take it one step at a time, the key is CONSISTENCY. Do not make it hard on yourself the first time, or you will quit right away."
