Caregiving and Mortuary Science You can verify this information that the government and the private sector are in dire need for qualified and licensed morticians/mortury science.

In the TVET Sector, we need TVETA licensed trainers to provide services in both public and Private colleges including universities offering TVET courses. A Diploma in Mortuary Science is the bare minimum.

Currently, the demand is so high that all those with Diploma in Mortuary Science are fully engaged somewhere.

Most health related courses with high demand are all licensed or regulated. Get licensed by KHPOA as possible.

Guide someone in private colleges to study TVET CDACC Mortuary Science, HSA/Nurisng Assistant, Caregiving & Health Profession Education courses. All by TVET CDACC. Do not study internal college courses with government recognised certifier.

Some University and all KMTC graduates dont need TVET CDACC assessments like others do.

I hereby advise those with INTERNAL COLLEGE CERTIFICATES to consider registering for TVET CDACC Assessments for Mortuary Science because very soon it will be mandatory requirement for KHPOA license. To be a recognised trainer, try your best to get TVETA license so as to grab the TVET opportunities.

Health Professions Education level 6 - a post basic Diploma TVET CDACC course - qualifies one to become a professional trainer licensable by TVET Authority.

Those with Healthcare Support Services(HSS) level 5 should proceed to Diploma in TVET CDACC Community Health (level 6) for many reasons. One can choose to be a TVET trainer for Caregiving, HSS, Community and other health courses. Community Health has a wider scope than Perioperative Technology and Healthcare Support Assistant.

Imagine there are opportunities in Kenya & Uganda for these courses, more likely compared to others.

We are glad that in Kenya, KHPOA has harmonsed the HSS training in Kenya where KMTC & TVET CDACC training materials have the same core content.

There is a need for qualified and licensed trainers for Mortuary Science & Caregiving since the governement has harmonised their training under TVETA & TVET CDACC.

We have pure intentions to incorporate and create advocacy for special needs ans sign language into the TVET Curriculum for Caregiving and Healthcare Support Assistant as the pillar that support the well being of the many client in the growing needs in the African setup. We shall endeavour to pull together stakeholders and partners in this journey so that all caregivers have holistic skills that meets the demands of all clients including the deaf.

We shall involve all participants and collaborators in the TVET space in Kenya and Uganda.
Let us improve the training materials for the TVET sector in Health and Care Support Sector.

Facebook is reminding me about 4 years ago! Regional Co-ordinator for North Rift counties.

I co-ordinated Health Promotion Advocacy campaign on HIV Management

Thits time we covered the North Rift region with Health promotion activities for HIV Management among Youths in Vocational and Technical training colleges.

We held county seminars and workshops in Turkana, Uasin Gishu, West Pokot, elgeyo Marakwet, Trans-Nzoia, Baringo and Nakuru Counties.

It was a pleasure as the regional coordinator for the program in collaboration with National Sydemic Diseseaes Control Council NSDCC, formerly the National Aids Control Council.
Congratulations to the partners and other Master trainers involved. You did wonders!

A TEACHER MEANINGFUL UTTERANCES
I have noted that my medical students and mentees in 2019/2020 that I nicknamed them 'professors' are step by step becoming! Some are now training various higher institutions of learning in Kenya including National Polyetechnics. This is a testament of what a teacher can inspire to thier learners.
1. A spoken word could be divine inspired especiallly when released in good spirit and intentions. Most come to be.
2. Declarations once spoken can be activiated into results and outcomes. Be weary to just shout amen but sit to wait for spoken words to materialise in vain.
3. God and people can make declarations come to pass. God uses many ways. People are among them. Relationships or Networks may greatly contribute. Cultivate health and worthwhile relationships.
4. Those you curse or bless might beocme important or significant in your life. For instance, you may curse a student as failure only for the same to marry your closest relative. You reap the results of your own curses becuase who else will live comforatbly with a failed in-law? what if you blessed the same?
5. Take care. Control what comes out of your mouth - you may poison or blesss yourself.
